How Servy Autotronix Lab uses the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, request a quote or submit a diagnosis report, we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you give it, your message and any vehicle details you include. We also record the time of the submission and a hashed form of your connection address to protect the forms from abuse.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the work you ask for. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
The AI car diagnosis assistant
The Car diagnosis feature uses a third-party AI provider, accessed through OpenRouter, to generate responses. The text you type into the assistant is sent to that provider to produce a reply. Do not enter personal details, registration numbers or vehicle identification numbers into the chat; they are not needed and we ask you not to include them. Your contact details are collected separately on this website when you choose to send a report, and are not sent to the AI provider.
AI-generated guidance may be inaccurate. It is preliminary information to help you describe a problem, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Retention
Enquiries and diagnosis reports are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our business records, after which they are deleted according to our retention schedule. Chat conversations that are not submitted as a report are deleted after 30 days.
