Do I need to book before coming to the workshop?
It helps. Send a quote request or call us first so we can confirm we have the right equipment ready for your vehicle and give you a time.
What should I bring for a key service?
Your vehicle registration card and personal identification. Every key service requires proof of ownership. Bring any existing keys, including broken ones.
Is the AI car diagnosis a real diagnosis?
No. It is a preliminary guide based on what you describe. It helps you understand possible causes and prepare a clear report for us. A confirmed diagnosis needs physical inspection and testing at the workshop.
Which vehicle makes do you work on?
We work on most common makes in Tanzania, including Toyota, Nissan, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Honda, Ford, Volkswagen and others. Tell us your make and model in the quote form and we will confirm.
